When she decides that she needs a break from being the White Canary she tells her fellow legends that they should take a break from time traveling just for a while. Leonard Snart seen Sara and how she was handling her fathers death and she was not taking it well he had to do something to help her grieve the only way he knew how to grieve was stealing things and well since he couldn't kill anyone, stealing was the only option. Snart wanted to help Sara grieve.
