In an alternate world, the famous and great Captain Carter lives her life normally, however, living 70 years in the future. However, it is in the year 2014 that a sequence of events makes Peggy reach her limit.

Mirabel came to America in an alternate universe to escape her family and build a life for herself. When an earthquake happens, she falls into the deep underground area of New York. When she woke up, she tried to find her way out but instead found four baby turtles... covered with strange ooze. So as she tries to find a way out with the turtles, the turtles turn into baby anthropomorphic baby turtles, and Mirabel knows that she can't leave them in the sewers alone. So Mirabel decides to stay in the sewers to raise them as if they were her own. They didn't have any problems with finding a new home considering their home was in an old underground WW2 base that was abandoned and was right underneath both; Time Square and the subway as well. To ensure their future safety from the world above, Mirabel decides to train them in the art of ninjutsu. And become the secret heroes that this city needs.

What if... Steve Rogers (Captain America) returned the infinity stones, but had a problem on the way making him choose to go back to the present right away instead of living his normal happy life next to Peggy Carter? Riley, a young lady who changes Steve's perception of love after all the years of sadness he had to go through after Endgame, is able to meet him thanks to the alternative timeline he created over his most difficult choice. To return with the same age instead of growing old with Peggy. Riley joins S.H.I.E.L.D. while secretly being an inhuman. What she did not know, was all the pain she'd cause to those she loves with her secret. That is not the end of this multiverse timeline made out of Steve's choice. Anything can happen from different events to characters. Life is made of choices, and everyone will have to make theirs. From love interests to fights, at the end of the day, they will always be Rising. ____ Warning: The story might contain very small spoilers. The reason I decided to do it is because I didn't like the execution- almost as fast-paced as the other episodes, and some plotholes such as "why didn't the Watcher help the team throughout the battle against Ultron?" Hopefully, I don't mess up anything important. :D "What if..?" and its properties (heroes, villains, background, etc.) all belong to Marvel because of copyright. This is just a what if.
