To return with the same age instead of growing old with Peggy. Riley joins S.H.I.E.L.D. while secretly being an inhuman. What she did not know, was all the pain she'd cause to those she loves with her secret. That is not the end of this multiverse timeline made out of Steve's choice. Anything can happen from different events to characters. Life is made of choices, and everyone will have to make theirs. I started writing this fic on this alternate account, but I am now going to continue it on my main. If you see an exact duplicate of this fic do not be alarmed, its still me. I thought I'd take a swing at what the second Captain America film would look like if Peggy took Steve's place. Obviously based on the intro to the ninth episode of what if, however two key differences will be that the watcher does not show up, and that the Hydra Stomper and Steve are not on board.
