But soon after they meet she starts to get migraines, but then those lead to flashbacks of her past origins. As they unravel her case, she starts to fall for the boy. BUT will the truth ruin their relationship? Will it stop her feelings? AND how is a silver pocket watch involved in all this mess? After a Vivace Carving is stolen from the South Side Museum, Elizabeth Brown (a self employed 'free lance crime fighter') decides to investigate. Following some rather unlawful activities secrets are uncovered and an exciting opportunity arises. Venturing through the Italian mountains they and Captain Archibald Haddock track down the mysterious criminal and his band of thugs. However, bagging their man isn't the only thing on their minds. Tintin is a new kid in Marlinshire. Haddock, his guardian, is trying his best to give him a normal adolescence. For the first time in his life, Tintin has to navigate the anxiety inducing world of being a teenager. Cue sweaty palms, teenage sarcasm, best friends, bullies, crushes, and first loves. This is a series for my modern reimagining of Tintin as a teenager. The stories will be in chronological order, and will for the most part be told in sort of "slice of life" style parts. I'm going to play around with it, but this will be a cohesive story, and there will be a through line through each chapter, all written in the same universe of him navigating high school and all the intricacies and awkwardness of teenage life.

Its been 13 years since the Captain and Tintin have talked, and much has changed. These friends have a lot of catching up to do. Can they become the friends they once were once more? (set in modern times)
