A voice in Steve's head tries to convince him to do stuff he would never do. Sometimes it works. The voice was slowly taking over Steve. Till one day, it finally happens

what if...the captain america transform to captain hydra this history is totaly separed from the marvel movies,the story take us to a mission that sam and bucky are in,but there is a code word that can make the winter soldier shut down......why will steve rogers get to be captain hydra? (they are credits for the setting are from c.ai,i made the plot and the story and they make the details)

Him and Bucky would frequently attack the Avengers and Shield. They injure many surverly. This couldn't go on forever. The Avengers excepts Tony were now actually trying to kill Steve. Tony has always been trying to kill Steve but the Avengers held him back.
