Doctor Carolyn Nancy Barnes, sister of Sergeant James "Bucky" Barnes, best friend to Captain Steven Rogers, went missing over 60 years ago after a successful operation against the HYDRA organization saved countless people and their families. She was presumed dead until both she and Captain Rogers were found in the Arctic Ocean. Sometime later, they both woke up but only one remained in S.H.I.E.L.D custody... the other missing once again.
