What happens when everyone's favorite pink puffball takes a simple trip to McDonald's, but gets caught up in a war between all the major fast-food chains? This story starts off stupid and simple, but the plot starts to pick up around the McDonald's VS Burger King chapter. Everything that happened in Dreamland was considered normal, with the day-to-day adventures of Kirby and Bandana Waddle Dee, Meta Knight stalking the two, and King Dedede trying to take their food. But when Kirby takes a simple trip to McDonald's, he finds him and his fellow acquaintances caught in the middle of a war: a war of food. It spiraled into the crazy adventures of Meta Knight, King Dedede, Galacta Knight, Magolor, Sword Knight, Blade Knight, Sailor Dee, Waddle Doo, Colonel Sanders, Marx, and Juan the Chihuahua, led by Kirby and Bandana Dee as they try to evade the vengeful fast-food mascots. Alternative title can be "Ways to Die on the Halberd" since Kirby meets a different comeuppance at the end of all of these.
