Heartbroken from the deaths of her two best friends, she allows herself to become a tool for the SSR to use. She is trained in espionage and war. The serum has unintentional effects, making Kat's aging process slow to a crawl. When SHIELD finds Steve frozen in the ice, Kat is estatic. But when her first love comes back to her, will she finally allow herself to love him- again?
