Ever heard of Romeo and Juliet? The tragic love story of the two star- crossed lovers? Well, here's the modern day version by yours truly. Juliet's mother has always had competition with her neighbours, so much that most of them move out after one month of living there. Juliet always tries to stay out of the rivalry; she thinks it's stupid. What happens when she is all wrapped up in the rivalry without it being her choice? Will this story be as tragic as the original or will it end happily?

Have you ever wondered: what if Romeo and Juliet didn't die? Will they still be in love, or will they drift apart? This is a retold story of the ever famous William Shakespeare play Romeo and Juliet - with a twist that changes the story forever.

Juliet isn't your average fifteen-year-old. She loves erotic romance novels, which she reads in secret. Her father is the leader of a notorious gang in Verona. She's skipped two grades. She's an major advocate for women's rights. She hates old classic books. Unless you call that average. Romeo's demons are to big to fit in the closet at this point. Killed one to many people. Including his own blood. When Romeo meets Juliet, something clicks. But he doesn't know who she really is. Neither does she. A modern tragedy.

Modern day and language and an au where each character at least have one brain cell brain cell unlike the play. This will focus on the relationship between Benvolio and Tybalt. The background will continue the story of Romeo and Juliet but will start to change drastically in chapter 2. Hope you enjoy. Note I am probably going to change the title a lot until I find one I like.

Helena Lisabeth Capulet is Juliet young sister she's call the rising Sun and Benvolio of the Montagues they both met at the party Helena was deeply in love with Benvolio of the Montagues Benvolio didn't know Helena was a Capulet until her nurse told him she was the youngest about the same age of Benvolio but her cousin Tybalt was very protective of her Lord Capulet love his two daughters but will the this feud tear their love apart

If you wanna read the play/story, go ahead. The text is translated into modern texts, but still holds value as the original script. Btw as writing this down, I've come to love Mercutio and Benvolio. Let's be honest....have fun I guess!!!

This is a story about a girl struggling to stay normal, and a curse that would forbid her of such a privilege. Just a few months ago, I would have taken advantage of how wonderful it was to just be… Normal. The word itself didn’t even sound the same. I would give anything for my mother to hug me, tell me she loved me, and genuinely mean it again. I would give my life for my father to start a conversation with me, without it being forced, and without the cautious look that lingered behind his eyes. Like I was broken, unfixable… Like it was only a matter of time…The life I lived before my entire world blew up seemed so distant now. It was a life I wasn’t fully prepared to leave behind. A life I wasn’t ready to forget. But here I was. I was the disease that couldn’t be cured.

This is just a little number I wrote for English class, but where else is it gonna go if not on Wattpad? I have to kick-start my writing career somehow (I'm kidding I want to be a lawyer). This is a short story about Rosaline's life while Romeo and Juliet were falling in love. It is loosely, LOOSELY based off Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet. I am aware that things are not in the right order in some places, I took creative liberty (i was so tired of rewriting the scenes) and i wanted to make it my own (seriously it is so much work to make things line up). There is suicide mentioned throughout the end of the story, so if that is something that bother you, this may not be the right thing for you to read. Meet Juliet Capulet. Well it's more like Princess Juliet Capulet of Verona. North Verona to be extcat. Verona is split in half, with Juliet's family, the Capulets, ruling North Verona, and Juliet's true love family, Romeo's family, the Montagues, ruling South Verona. Romeo and Juliet long to be dating, but there is just one obstacle standing in their path. THEIR FAMILIES! The Capulets and the Montagues have been in a feud for centuries, which is why Verona is split up. The only people who know about this love are Juliet's best friends, Quinn and Rosaline, and her Nurse. Two of which, Quinn and Rosaline, try to talk her out of it. It always fails, but they keep trying anyway. The real question is though, will Juliet's parents ever find out about this? When and if they do what will they say? As Romeo and Juliet's feelings for each other grows, it's getting harder to keep it under wraps, and they start thinking about marrying each other. Without thinking of the consequences that could happen in the future. Will Romeo and Juilet ever be able to date or will they have to keep everything under wraps for as long as they live? PS- I don't own any of the character except for Princess Quinn Katherine Claire Fabray and the Royalty parts of Romeo, the Montague's, Juliet, the Capulets, Roseline and Tybalt. I also don't know any of the places mentioned except for The Kingdom of Gleeful and the idea of North and South Verona.
