Rowena is a Capulet but the way her family treats her she might as well be a Montague and the way the town treats her she might as well be an outcast. She's a healer who takes on the most severe cases and has laid more people to rest than father Laurant himself. Death is an integral part of the beautiful and deadly city of Verone the wheel at the center of it all that makes everything go round. Death has such a strong presence that people swear they've seen her walking around looking for souls to take, others claim she is simply a guardian hiding in the shadows waiting to guide those that pass over into her realm. But to Rowena Death is just an old friend. Based on William Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet as well as the French musical theater adaptation from 2001 Roméo et Juliette: de la heine á l'amour. I don't own any rights to the characters written by Shakespeare. Only Rowena is my own original character introduced to this wonderful play.

This is a project for my English class to answer the frequently asked question, who is at fault for Romeo and Juliet's deaths. This short story is to show that at first glance it may seem like Romeo but looking deeper you will see that the Friar is at fault for their death.], due to the fact that he didn't converse with both of them effectively. This story is told in a modern format to better get that message across.

There were not only two lovers in this tragic tale. Few know the full story. While Romeo and Juliet were hopelessly in love, there were two others, who struggled to overcome the the barrier between these two families, so they could finally be together. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In a dark town, shadowed with gloom and sorrow, lived a young man, who brought light. He was to be married to the love of his life, the one thing that would bring him happiness. The wedding is to be on the 31st of July, a day of happiness and love. Although there is only one problem. Paris is in love with someone else. Someone who would never get his fathers blessing. Set in modern times.

In the Land of Verona, two youths will find their way meeting each other. Juliet is a young lady who is the heir of The Capulet. At the age of eight 5, she has already found her destined beloved by accident, who happens to be the next heir to The Montague. The moment she knew about her beloved's life as an intimate foe of her family, she kept it a secret to her parents due to her adore for Romeo and decided that they will meet secretly. Juliet thought that Romeo is better off not knowing that she yearns for him for the sake of their friendship. But at the same time, she, herself was hurt by her own decision. Romeo has been waiting for his beloved all his life. When he turned sixteen and felt that all hope is lost, that his beloved cannot be found. Suddenly he met Rosaline, the woman he fervor the most. He decided to seek help from her friend Juliet to court the young woman. In which he chose as his future bride and to eternally love. When Juliet heard the news of Romeo's announcement of his near wedding that was gossiped all over the streets of the kingdom, that even a mere peasant knew, she did her best to be happy but sorrow dominants her feelings. Hoping that even she, can be with her beloved. But will she be able to avow her concealed feelings towards Romeo? Will her billet-doux (letter) be able to change Romeo's mind? Or will Juliet's near death awakens Romeo's latent feelings? Well, let's find out shall we?

Time change and people changes and so does their stories. Sometimes it for good sometimes it turns bad but love will always be love. Romeo & Juliet, the sensational and young lover. This story is about them but more than them it is about love. Love, an emotion greator and uncomprehensable to any human because it was never meant to be understood, it is meant to be felt and embraced. One turn of the page and the whole world could change.......

I wrote this after reading Romeo and Juliet for the first time and decided it was far too good to not post anywhere. What if instead of Juliet taking the potion to induce a death-like state, Romeo came back before she did that and got sentenced to death for violating his banishment? This might feel kinda rushed sorry if it is it's not really into detail and is only in Romeo's point of view

So i guess you could say i'm a bit wild- okay i give up, i live for the rush. It could be the way i live, the blood in me, or the fact that every ten minuets i have a gun pointed at my head. In all honesty i was getting bored of the whole, i have a gun pointed at your temple so you will be shitting yourself right now, i mean, i could practically get out of the situation in less then 30 seconds with my eyes shut and still half asleep. Thats been tryed and tested! So when i watching romeo and juliet at school for an english assinment last term, i couldn't help but think how stupid people can get. In the version with leonardo dicaprio, juliet basically sit's there smiling at him while he kills himself! i mean, were these people dropped on there head as a child or just missing a brain? So much for true love idiots. I know right? now you proberly think i am a cold hearted witch, and in all honesty i guess it kind of true. I'm not a witch nor believe in them. However having a family as powerful as mine has its down falls. Meet my dad, 39 years of expensive cars and itaian suit's and you get one of the most powerful men in the world, either because of the the money or the gang that could rip you to spreads in two seconds. And the best thing about it all, is i have the extreme pleasure of viewing and partaking in it all. Especially when the rival gang and money making rivals, The Shadows, turn up at your door step asking, oh so politely, if you wouldn't mind joining them in making civil hands unclean and clean walls shrivell. If you wanna read the play/story, go ahead. The text is translated into modern texts, but still holds value as the original script. Btw as writing this down, I've come to love Mercutio and Benvolio. Let's be honest....have fun I guess!!!

This is just a little number I wrote for English class, but where else is it gonna go if not on Wattpad? I have to kick-start my writing career somehow (I'm kidding I want to be a lawyer). This is a short story about Rosaline's life while Romeo and Juliet were falling in love. It is loosely, LOOSELY based off Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet. I am aware that things are not in the right order in some places, I took creative liberty (i was so tired of rewriting the scenes) and i wanted to make it my own (seriously it is so much work to make things line up). There is suicide mentioned throughout the end of the story, so if that is something that bother you, this may not be the right thing for you to read. Anyways I hope you all enjoy it :) And please don't steal my work you guys, I spent actually so much time on this
