Deep in the heart of Yellowstone a black she-wolf runs away from her birth pack one night and never returns. After she heard that her older sister, Raksha is becoming the new alpha of the pack, she is envious and she runs off to make her own clan. Did Raven made the right decision in leaving her pack and making a new one?

In a land of magic, a great evil lies. It hungers for something it has not yet found. The evil is so vile and disgusting that no one dare go near it. In fact, most people forgot about it. All except one kind. Vampires. They used this evil to rule all races. They made the were's, witches and warlocks, niads and dryads, all slaves. Most are used for manuel labor, others for the vampire's amusement. The vampires have all the power, and everyone lost hope of a saviour. But something happened. Something amazing. Something that will make a change happen. Because Power chose another.

Carcass is a Solvebond; Carcass is mentally scattered: he can't understand what he's become, but more particularly, why he's what he's become. Regardless of his inner, discombobulated nature, he attempts to try and make himself seem as welcoming and friendly as he once was, but with a new, domineering, rash force in his head, he fails to maintain what made him his own person. April was just a normal girl, with normal friends. And a normal life. Until the accident. It killed her parents. It killed her brother, and little sister. And it killed April. There was a piece of metal through her chest, sticking out the other side. But she stood up from the car wreck and walked away. But she wasn't alive. Her heart didn't beat. She didn't breathe. She didn't need to eat or drink. And there was a three-inch hole where her heart used to be. April went to live with her grandparents in California. Starting at a new school, she had bigger things to worry about than making friends and getting the hot guy to notice her. April should be dead. But she wasn't.

Gerard Way is your stereotypical vampire. Black hair, pale skin and piercing eyes. He dresses in his black clothing and usually hangs about by himself in the shadows. The twist? He's not actually a vampire. No one believes him, and he is forced into a bubble; cast out by society. A time comes when he is forced to run. Run from home, his family, everything he knew. He runs to the one place that he is accepted, and yet it's probably the most dangerous place for someone like him.

Animals sense things that we don't. They try to tell us things that we don't understand. Don't ignore their warnings.

This is a short story that I wrote for my Creative Writing Assessment Task. It is a person who walks through a haunted house however it's much more than that. These characters are so relatable that they will tug at your heartstrings until you cry maple syrup, and realize that we are naught but a carcass, alone in the unquenchable void.
