A vampire and a detective meet in a bookshop in Kyoto, Japan in 1897.

This story is about Lily Muto, Yugi's older sister by two years. The two siblings had been apart for eight years, and they reunite at the start of the story. Lily is quickly noticed by Seto Kaiba, the former world champion of Duel Monsters. Lily is the dueling champion of America, and she will take place in the Battle City tournament.

They had lived in a superhuman society for hundreds of years, powers, known as quirks, appearing when people were mere children, obtaining quirks as young as the age of four. Only 75% of the world's population had quirks though. Those who didn't develop powers were known as quirkless. They were looked down upon, for being normal. For not being special. But then came a revolution in the industry of technology and card games. They gave a chance for the powerless to become powerful. They gave the helpless a chance to be helpful. They gave a chance for the heroless to be a hero. But it also gave villains a chance to bring about more chaos. With the introduction of the increasingly popular card game, Duel Monsters, heroes and duelists alike were mixed into society. You were a hero, or a duelist, and many were both. They wanted to harness the ultimate power. Quirks helped enhance the player's decks, giving them special abilities to defeat opponents, and dealing even more damage. Izuku Midoriya's class was accepted into U.A to be heroes. Yugi Muto's class was accepted into U.A to be duelists. Both classes didn't realize how much their destinies were intertwined.

This is an au where the yugioh kids all attend one school one time one dimension. This will be a typical high school setting. will still have duels and a few duel centered classes along side more normal classes. Because it's me this story will be very gay and likely very sad. Enjoy 😍
