It's the story of a girl named Nisha Raj, from a middle-class family who has autism. A smart girl, who graduated MBA with a high rank, but she is not getting a job anywhere because she has autism. A guy named Shiv Marwa who is the CEO and founder of Shiv Enterprises gave the job to Nisha as a manager according to her qualifications and ability, he didn't mind that she has autism, and later Nisha and Shiv fell in love with each other. As Nisha has autism, it becomes a burden for their relationship. Shiv's family was not supporting this relationship because of autism she can't take care of Shiv instead he have to take care of her, for his whole life. Even, sometimes Nisha also thinks that she is not capable of taking care of him and if he is with her, then he will feel lonely and won't be happy with her. But Shiv is ready to do anything to get Nisha because he loves her. He doesn't care what his family and others will say, he is ready to go against them if they are not ready to support this relationship.
