I picked it up, 'Les Misérables' it read. It was one of my favorite stories. Carl knew since I told him during one of our small talk conversations back at the prison. "I found it downstairs in a drawer. I remembered you telling me of this story. It reminded me of you." he said and I quickly looked at him. "Yeah, It describes the world today perfectly in a way. The battle between good and evil." I told him rubbing the cover and flipping through the pages. "Keep it. I know you want it." he said eating another bite of cereal. *********************************************** He flipped us over; hovering over my body. I smirked at him as he kissed my neck and up behind my ear causing me to squeal. "Stop! That tickles!" I giggled trying to push his chest away. "That's payback for teasing me." he smiled down to me relating to my kisses earlier. Quietness consumed the room as we stared at each other. It wasn't the uncomfortable silence but the romantic silence when you stare into each others souls. Embracing the fact that we were together and happy. If only it was always like this.

Carl Grimes fanfic I tried to find Carl Grimes fanfics but none of them were what I was imagining and I ran out of ones to read so ig I'll write one myself. This takes place when Carl is 16 in Alexandria. It's kind of an AU because Negan doesn't exist. This means that some characters also never died. Alexandria is thriving and it's the closest thing to 'normal' in years. Norah, another 16 year old girl, ends up getting picked up on a run and joins the group. She quickly grows close with Carl and their relationship develops further and further. I have no idea how long I will be writing this for or how long it will be. If you see any spelling mistakes please tell me so I can fix them. I'm only rereading what I've written when I feel like it so some chapters may be better than others grammatically. Just an FYI I'm only on season 8 of the show so please no spoilers about anything after season 7. I'm also in school so idk how often this will get updated. Norah will have she/her pronouns because that's what I feel like writing. If you wish to pretend they're something else then go for it. I think theres also a way to make it change it for you but I'm not sure. Google it.
