While his teammate, Charles Leclerc, became the World Champion, Carlos was fighting to stay in the top ten. Alexandra Serrano had worked tirelessly her entire life. As the sister of a former karting driver and famous model, Marco, she always wanted to be known for more than just being "someone's sister." With a passion for motorsport and writing, she became a journalist at a renowned newspaper. In her role, she couldn't ignore the lifestyle changes and poor performance of a particular Ferrari driver. Naturally, Carlos became the subject of several of her articles. When these two very different people cross paths, they instantly know they will never be friends. Instead, they become rivals, each determined to bring the other down. Thus begins the great war between them. Despite their enmity, they share one common trait: ambition. A drive that surpasses their rivalry and the hatred they feel for each other. Or perhaps, beneath all that animosity, there is something even stronger. But for his 55th birthday Sophie's mother, brothers, sister and Sophie surprise him with full access tickets to the Monaco Grand Prix that granted access to the Paddock Club Hospitality, guided access, pit lane walk and many more perks. Sophie didn't care much about F1, she watched some races but never giving her full attention until in one of the experiences that came with the tickets she met the young monegasque driver.
