The story is a Carmilla fanfic. The apocalypse breaks out. The students of Silas University, who didn't turn into zombies are trapped in Silas. Carmilla and Laura don't know each other yet. Laura, Danny, LaF and Perry are best friends. Danny has a crush on Laura, but Laura doesn't know that. What will happen when Laura meets Carmilla? What will happen between Laura and Danny? Laura is a freshman in college who finds herself to be way younger, yet way smarter, than most students around her. With her bestfriend Lafontaine by her side she openly expresses her sexuality, though some do not approve. Carmilla is the dean's daughter with the mind of a scholar but hides it for the sake of her boyfriend, Matt, and her popularity. When the two butt heads, things don't go so well. The dean decides she doesn't approve of Carmilla's grades and hires her a tutor, who better than the nerdy Laura Hollis?
