With no Time to loose Reala seeks help from Nights best friend Sonic the hedgehog who was feeling alone when his friends began picking on him and his boyfriend knuckles cheats on him for Rouge though the only one who stood by him was his brother Manic and Manics two best friendship and Grey-Sky the wolf and Rika Flora (Sonics Childhood friends). On a normal sunny day in Inkwell Isle, Ms. Chalice and King Dice have a little "surprise" for Cuphead. However, once they're making their way over there, something sinister lies behind Chalice's happy-go-luckiness: it turns out that every time she has to go "do something real quick" (leaving Cuphead in total confusion), she and Dice actually call up The Devil! And worse of all, Chalice was hired by him as his new Number 2 to take Cuphead to his lair so he can take his soul! Oh no! Will our cuply hero figure out the truth, switch Chalice back to normal, and stop Dice's plans, or will The Big D have something else in store for the three? Basically a fan-made episode of The Cuphead Show where Ms. Chalice (who's still Cuphead sister, since this episode takes place in the same AU as The Three Cup-Buds) finds out what would happen if she tries double crossing Cuphead and working with King Dice for The Devil (at least until the end, where he snaps her out of it). This is the second book of Inkwell Tales.

Cuphead (Tru Valentino) and Mugman (Frank Todaro) aren't the only ones in Inkwell Isle who go on hilarious adventures. Their adopted sister Ms. Chalice (Grey Griffin) gets in on the crazy fun too! She's everything that her brothers are NOT: she's sweet, kind, loyal, helpful, and just oh-so-cute! But when the time comes, she's always ready to pack a punch or two. With her around, this joyful Cup-Trio is about to get into some wacky shenanigans together...even if they all still end up being best friends at the end of the day.
