Klaus and Caroline had such a great, happy life. They were so happy and so in love. But Klaus's enemies arrive in New Orleans threatening the love of his life's life. He compels all of Caroline's memories away of him and sends her back to Mystic Falls. Years later, she remembers the love she has for Klaus. She returns to New Orleans with the love of her life, but she wants more. Caroline's dream of motherhood is creeping up on her, but how will that go? One of Klaus's enemies have threatened his family's lives, how will he respond?

Three hundred years ago the Originals built the city of New Orleans. Now that they are back new enemies are trying to take them out but things hit a more challenging point when Caroline Forbes ends up in the city that is always alive. This fan fiction is what if Caroline joined The Originals. Following the series loosely, this starts after Episode 12 in Season 1. Some themes maybe the same as the series and follow it but many are of my own idea. I do not own any the characters or some main plots. I couldn't find a story that I thought went along with the Caroline and Klaus theme just right so I decided to make my own. Hope you enjoy :)

Stefan and Damon are dead. 3. Caroline never turned off her humanity 4. Caroline and Rebekah are good friends. How does Caroline deal with that? Will she meet hope for the first time?
