So its a book for those people who overthing a lot and make themself happy or sad in it ! I've always wanted to find a way to reach out to others and maybe this might be the perfect way! This is a little collection of positive reminders I at first wrote for myself and for my friends and from they've told me it seems to cheer them up and me too! So I decided hey why not post them here? Maybe I'll reach a few people with this.
