We all grow up with dreams, aspirations. These buoy our hearts until reality sets out to crush and toss them into the sea. Walter has seen this first hand. But he's also seen how a friendship and a return to that childlike mentality can fish those dreams out of the sea and breath some new life in them. This is a short story I wrote about a year and a half ago. It's not the best sample of my writing, but It's what I'm using to give you an idea of how I think. Thanks for reading.
