Hoping to lift the punishment, the three brothers trick Mikey into eating a pizza containing the drug, and soon, it begins to take effect. Initially, the BIO improves Michelangelo, making him more mature, smarter, stronger, and more capable. However, as the drug's effects intensify and linger longer in Mikey's system, it starts to change him into a different person- something opposite to Mikey's true nature... Something sinister.
