Carlile suffers from Marfan Syndrome, a genetic disorder of connective tissue. Although there is no cure, most people manage to live a normal life. The disease causes heart issues as well. The disease has been wearing down his heart valves. Austin's had several surgeries to fix his problems. What happens when they stop working? What happens when his friends and family find out he's dying? What will happen to Alan?

Of Mice & Men are taking a short break after their tour in Europe. However, Austin notices he is starting to have feelings for his ginger friend, and guitarist, Alan.
