Cashton Stories

Calum has been playing both Michael and Ashton for three months now. He doesn't want to, he just isn't sure how to give up one. He wants them both. Needs them both. It doesn't help that they hate each other. Michael has been wanting Calum for two years now. When he finally gets his chance, he's a bit overwhelmed. The problem is, now he's falling for the cute genderfluid kid in his math class. Ashton has been pining for Calum since the kid hit his freshman year. Two years later and he's given his chance and he couldn't be more extatic. Except, now, there's a cute kid who sits in the back of his music class. Luke has always been confused. About everything. He's never let it effect him, though. What happens when his best friend is the one coming to him with the confusion? What happens when he gets tangled up in the mess?

His band, being in his band and touring with his band was something that had always brought Calum comfort and stability. But this tour was different, because having three little kids on Tour changes a lot. On top of that, this was the first time he was single and on tour in years. Calum was lonely and lost, trying to find his place in life again in the chaos that was the biggest world tour they had ever done and found himself leaning on Ashton more than he ever had before. And ultimately, Calum was completely blindsided by the avalanche of feelings this new situation triggered. (Updating Wednesdays! :) )

Calum is a sinner, only to be cleaned by bloodshed as Ashton says. There is only one way to redemption, by following every word that he is told by the priest that watches over him and saved him from a lifestyle of sin and damnation. It's hard to listen to every command from the older man when the voice that's followed Calum since he was a little boy is so much louder, embedded into his skull and rattling through his bones;the voice of sin that tells Calum to follow his impulses and to live only for his own pleasure. He's always put full faith in Ashton for the years he's been with the man, even in face of his own conscious screaming at him otherwise and his own wants falling into Michael's hands. He's always tried to keep his faith but he also knew that he should beware of false prophets. As his past comes back alive and the voices battling for his submission become louder every day, Calum begins to lose his pathway to an undetermined salvation.
