A few years in Norway couldn't compare to twenty in America's beloved cesspit. The doctor ran on coffee and pure, bitter spite as he bounced between his two places of work-Elliot Memorial Hospital, his primary position, and Arkham Asylum, where he was more of an outside consultant but apparently important enough to have his own office. As if dealing with sick people and psychos wasn't enough, he also had his fair share of interactions with the local cryptids. Especially one dumbass in particular.

The Batfamily takes one look at the silent, hooded teen and decides he's a cultist in need of saving. Percy, Annabeth and Estelle end up getting adopted by Gotham's famous billionaire Bruce Wayne. How long until the Waynes realise the civilians they adopted are not as normal as they thought.How long will it take before the batfamily work out that the newest members of their family have a secret to hide. After the war with Gaea and losing Annabeth and the rest of the seven. Percy has trouble talking most days and being around people/places that he used to. So Percy decided to move to Gotham where he gets a job as a barista. He has only been working at the cute cafe for just under 2 months. When the hottest man he has ever seen (in his opinion) walked into his work and turned his life upside down. Or Jason was on his way to the manor when he gets a call from Tim begging him to get coffee on his way over seeing Tim was currently banned from the substance. Duke was a son of Apollo. That's why he had powers. He went to Camp Half-Blood every summer, but once he became a vigilante he stopped. Duke was normal (yes, definitely). Then his parents died. And so he bounced around the foster care system for years, completely giving up on a chance of having a real home.
