When Commander Cullen Rutherford first met the one thought responsible for death of Divine Justinia, he certainly wasn't expecting a tiny elf with a sarcastic streak a mile long and a habit of actually hitting people with her staff over doing magic. When Fen'nas Lavellan volunteered to spy on the Conclave to get out of an arranged bonding with someone she hardly knew, she certainly wasn't expecting a trip to the Fade, a giant hole in the sky and a mark on her hand...but you know what they say about the best laid plans?

She dreams of a man, then. She feels that she knows him, somehow. Something about him so distinctly familiar and sad. His head is turned toward the sun, his legs crossed as they sit on a slanted rooftop and draw circles in the snow, like children. She draws her legs up to her chin and smiles into her knees because she thinks he's handsome, and because there are snowflakes collecting on his bald head. "Ilensul," he says warmly, without looking away from the sky, "That cloud there. What does it look like to you?" She looks up to where his finger is pointing, the outline of the cloud relatively unclear. But she plays the game. "Like...a wolf?" she guesses. He cocks his head to the side, and the snowflakes fall off. He remains silent for a long time, and then he turns, only enough for her to see his small smile. Only enough to cause a flutter in her stomach. "Like a wolf." He repeats.

Comedy One Shot Ever since joining the Inquisition Pelle had been learning all sorts of things about the people outside of his small Clan in the Free Marshes. He has taken a quite special interest in the conversation he's had with Cassandra however when he discovers her negative response to compliments he fears he has soiled the friendship that he had been slowly forming. With that said he decides to seek the advice of what seems to him a reliable source of information concerning Cassandra.
