Kira stood next to Cassian with arms crossed, watching him intently as he prepared his blasters for the mission. It was clear to her that he was a passionate man, the way she could see his love and loyalty for the Rebellion in such a simple action. Or maybe it was just her. But he was, without a doubt, the brightest star in the darkness of the galaxy. When he caught her gaze locked towards him, Kira smiled, not at all embarrassed. "What is it this time, Kira?" Now is the time to start and do something with the gifts I have. Nothing could ever prepare me for what happened after I met the Rebel Captain Cassian Andor. Author's Note: Since this is sort of a prologue to another of my stories (I'm pretty sure you know which one it is; Hint: It's the other Star Wars book), this book will not be as long as my other books plan to be.
