Cassie Trixen lives in a world where everyone is chosen for a job at birth. Most get fairly normal jobs; shop worker, veterinarian, teacher... However, Cassie's job is one of the rarest and most difficult. She must become an assassin. Becoming an assassin means that Cassie will have to say goodbye to everything she ever knew or loved.
