Following years of violence and death, Nevia was established to create stability and peace for the masses. However, when the Nevian government installs hidden surveillance cameras to line every street, home, and workplace, the population is forced to blindly follow Nevia's ideals lest they wish to face the reality of the mysterious "Disappearances" that occur to anyone who defies the law. When a power surge makes all technology and surveillance temporarily short circuit, a mysterious stranger presents headstrong, 19 year old Kasia with the chance to escape Nevia, an unheard of feat.
