Castiel disappeared long ago, but it never stopped Dean from praying to him. Dean would pray to him, day and night. He wanted his friend back. He wanted Cas to return to them. No prayers were answered, of course. Were they even sent through? Is Castiel even alive? Dean begins to doubt. He doesn't know if he can do this without Cas anymore. Will he give up? Castiel Novak didn't want to go to the dinner. But his parents told him to be there, he couldn't skip it. His life was okay at this point. He had a couple of friends, did good at school, his parents were cool (well as cool as they can be when you are a single child and adopted), he didn't have panic attacks anymore, he managed to hide his wings and no one bullied him anymore, almost. At this point he didn't want anything to change, but he usually didn't get what he wished for. That night everything changed. He knew he shouldn't have gone to that dinner, but that doesn't mean he regret it. He met his best friend that night, a best friend he might be falling for. Cas and his fellow angels raced into to hell to pulled Dean from perdition. Cas gripped him tight and raised him. Dean and Cas are slowing feeling something towards each other that they have never experience before. As their feelings slowly develop they can't help but slowly sink into each other. This is probably gonna have smut in it....

set after 15x20 but dean DOES NOT DIE. dean isn't dealing with cas' death very well. will he confide in Sam or will he let the pain take over him. secrets will be exposed and some wholesome brotherly moments as well. and will a certain red haired which be able to bring him back one last time. It is just one chapter long. However it is a really long chapter because I felt like the chapters would be to short if I split it up. Also this if the first fan fic that iv'e actually finished and there may be a sequel in the works depending on the attention this gets.

Dean and Jo Winchester had finally settled down on a farm in Kansas. They had a family and a beautiful home. Life was swell. One day Jo, and the kids ,went to visit her mother, Ellen for the week. Dean stayed home- he thought he could visit his younger brother, Sam, or relax at home. Although, when a visitor from out of town comes by, he gets carried away.

Castiel was starting his new job today. After all of the schooling and mentoring he was finally at the point where he could work. He would be working at the Rockwell Institute for the Criminally Insane, also known as Rockwell Asylum. Little did he know that he would meet someone inside of this asylum that he would quickly fall deeply in love with. Someone who would turn Castiel's life into something he would never imagine it to be.
