She practices mirror-gazing, driven to understand these images and their possible connection to her forgotten past, and discovers that it's kind of addictive with its wild, boundless power coursing through her veins. Soon, she learns to control what the mirror shows her. When new neighbors move in, Leah is shocked that they're dead ringers for the people in her visions. According to Brian, with the gorgeous ice-blue eyes, and his father, she is a MirrorMaster--an alien with a gift that lets her travel through mirrors, even to worlds light years away. Her birth parents sent them to take her from Earth back to her homeworld of Jantyr, a planet she doesn't remember. They've searched for her ever since she disappeared. But Leah's long-lost birth sister, a sorceress, activated an ancient device to trigger a cataclysm on Jantyr as a bid to consolidate her own power. Leah must return to Jantyr, master her newfound ability in order to locate and wield crystals that will disable the device, and thwart her sister's plans. Otherwise, the destruction will consume the entire galaxy, including Earth and everyone she loves. All bets are off. Everything is in the hands of the imperfect humans across the globe. They're losing control of the their own future, and all because they're upsetting Mother Nature as they become more selfish and self-absorbed as their species evolves. The outcome of their actions leads to fatalities of the innocent, unwanted deaths suddenly becoming more frequent than they ever imagined possible. Chaos is knocking on the door of humanity, and there's no escaping the pain they've brought into their world. It seems inevitable now that it's about to become reality, while no solutions have been brought to the table. Nobody is safe, not even those locked behind sealed closed doors. The Earth is in inconceivable trouble, and there's no preparing for what could possibly occur now that what's done is done. Perfection will be long gone, rejected while consequences follow without warning. Past familiar records for this tragic occurrence don't exist, which means prep-work doesn't exist, either. A planet in all-around peace is a far-fetched dream, especially with all of the opinions and beliefs going around. Humans can't seem to work together as one. Their foolishness of an effort to get along with everyone else has at last taken its final toll on the Earth. It can no longer take in the pain of the mentally wounded and Mother Nature has decided to serve a punishment to those who don't reach agreement with all others. Those who slip up will always regret what they cause their home planet, and there's no going back. ~~~ This is an old story I wrote that I don't intend to continue, so please enjoy the first few chapters!

The story is set in a world devastated by nuclear warfare for over 60 years. In this chaotic era, the protagonist, Su Tianyu's father, was a chief staff officer in an exiled military faction. However, he was assassinated by anti-government forces in Zone One after supporting the autonomy of the Chinese community in Dragon City. Soon after, Su Tianyu's mother succumbed to depression. Su Tianyu completed his university education thanks to his father's connections and returned to Dragon City after graduation. The Su family runs an environmental sanitation company in Dragon City, employing eight hundred sanitation workers. Su Tianyu's university tuition was also covered by the Su family. When faced with the dilemma of their company being acquired by another sanitation company, Su Tianyu resorted to inciting workers to riot and engaging in fights, ultimately helping the Su family overcome the crisis. Along the way, he forged many friendships and connections, laying the foundation for his career. Su Tianyu is not a lone wolf but part of a large family with over twenty cousins. This allows him to strategize and provide counsel without having to do everything himself. He is akin to a strategist like Zhuge Liang, possessing excellent advisory skills and physical prowess.

But when one of the four suffers a tragic fall costing her life, the fate of the world is jeopardized. Now the girl's best friend must make the journey and figure out a way to save the world without her, but can they do it?
