The sun sets on New York harbor, and the stray cats of Manhattan come out of the shadows. Under the moonlight, the cats enjoy the only free time they have in the night. Stray cats Pearl and Cathy roam the streets in the cover of the darkness, hunting mice, avoiding humans, and having a good time. Meanwhile, trouble is brewing in the sewers of Manhattan. A mysterious evil force is causing more and more stray dogs to dissapear every night. Labrador retrievers Charlie and Baron must work together with their friends and family to drive the evil force out of their home. But no matter how hard the Kanines try, the number of dead or missing dogs keep growing each day. The chances of hiding or fighting become limited. Soon, Manhattan will no longer be safe to live in anymore for the dogs. Then, in the midst of crisis, a Border Collie makes a suggestion: to get help from the cats. There is only one problem. Cats and dogs have not interacted in decades. The rift between the strays has never been fixed since long ago. But as more and more dogs go missing, the strays of New York are becoming frantic.
