Jamila truly seems like she has it all together and I guess you could say she did before everything began to go horribly wrong. Jamila has had her share of proposals from different men more than the average person, that isn't something she is very fond of though. Jamila would simply reject anyone who wasn't fit for her. She also wasn't ready to participate in such a bond. She wanted a relationship, yet wasn't ready. As Jamila's parents continued to press her about marriage, looking for potential spouses mercilessly, she finally understood that she'd have to start readying herself. This was normal in Muslim households and even in some cultures, Jamila just thought it was corny, cheesy and simply a cliche she wasn't willing to dive into just yet, she's only twenty-four! Jamila accepts a proposal finally, not knowing that fate had bigger plans than a simple proposal acceptance. Everything goes worse than before, for Jamila never really knew of her fiancé and it seemed like those closest to her did know of him. He fit all of Jamila's standards perfectly, yes. Although he may have a certain lady madly & exceptionally in love with him. - Although we may not know it, what little thing that may take place in our lives can turn into a huge catastrophe or an amazing blessing. It's safe to say, that it's the latter for Jamila ;).

Life seemed so complicated, trying to find a job, a girlfriend, trying to be on good terms with my parents. Do you know how sometimes it just feels like there is no way out?
