Years after the four warrior clans were last heard from, the era of the clans is coming to a close. Disease and hunger reign, and the choices of two cats will make or break the fate of the clans. Sixteen moons have passed, and Nightwatcher and his companions have found the lost Clan, MoorClan. They have settled in the Clan, and put their past behind them and are moving forward in life. With new-leaf brings kits, two of which are Nightwatcher's and Hollybloom's. Young Dunepaw, Nightwatcher's young son, is a young warrior apprentice who is struggling through his apprenticeship for being quite lazy and oblivious. But with the war between the Clans, things can change fast. After an incident during Onyxpaw's first hunting assessment, Fernshade and Clearstar have been skeptical about letting the apprentice retake it. After constant convincing, Clearstar agrees and Onyxpaw is excited to prove her worth. However, the apprentice may be too excited, and that excitement would eventually lead her to secrets she didn't want to know.

Abandoned as a kit and taken in by Riverclan, Scarflight always struggled to find his place in the clan, doubting himself at every turn on his path to becoming a warrior. But then, a tragic accident leads to a new mentor taking on the young tom, allowing him to flourish under their watch.

The main character, mist bird has to go through a long journey. He siblings and her mate have been through a lot. This journey is the only way to save the 4 clans: snake clan, pine clan, lake clan, and meadow clan. The cover is what mist bird looks like.

The five warrior clans are at war. A prophecy says that a NightClan kit will grow up to win the war against the evil DarkClan. But the she-cat said to mother the warrior discovered a secret in her clan and fled. What had she discovered that would make her leave her clan? This was originally a story about the war between DarkClan but I changed it and made this a short backstory about why Spiritsight was raised in the two leg place. Hope no one gets upset that I made such a big change.
