Amaris Randi Walker is just a regular girl with a normal family. But when the second world war breaks out she wants to make a difference so she signs up as a nurse. After three years of being a nurse Amaris is sent off to a U.S. training camp where famous agent Peggy Carter is working. Soon a new batch of recruits shows up bearing the most unlikely of soldiers, Steve Rogers. Steve and Amaris become friends, and maybe something more.

"I won't hurt you," Bucky assured. He reached with his right hand and detached the metal device from his body swiftly - thanks Wakandan doctors. "See? No harm. I'm unarmed." The boy lets out a giggle and separates a bit from his sister. A ghost of a smile appears in Bucky's face. "Wanna hold it?" Steve squeezed Bucky's shoulders gently, not flinching when the metal one didn't move. Steve smiled warmly at Bucky, his eyes watery and his chest clenched with love towards the brunette in front of him. "I'm so proud of you." Or the one in which Bucky talks to children in a grocery store while Steve observes his boyfriend from afar.
