"Unpleasant Employees"-those who casually hurl complaints and sarcasm-became difficult to approach for task requests. As a result, they quietly avoided shared responsibilities, while agreeable employees-the ones easy to ask-found collective duties piling onto their shoulders. This structural imbalance was discovered to be a major drag on operational efficiency. Soon, the unpleasantness and "cunningness" of such employees were quantified into measurable indices. When those values exceeded a defined threshold, intervention was triggered. Enter the Mediator-an intermediary unfazed by complaints or sarcasm-tasked with stepping in and compelling Unpleasant Employees to carry out their share of responsibilities. Thus began a new corporate system where personality itself became subject to management. The author of this work is GOTOU Humihiko(https://gthmhk.gitlab.io/gthmhk/isnmg.html). Written for Klapollo Week 2021 with prompts set by @klapollo-week on Tumblr. Day 7: Catharsis The re-trial has been a mess. It opened wounds that never should have existed. And it left stitches that could never heal. Twice now, Apollo had brought Kristoph to the stand. But, Klavier is convinced it wasn't this bad, that something worse was at play, and that his brother wasn't a murderer. Apollo is bad at poker, but he knows now that some cards were dealt under the table. He doubts, but still tries to alleviate Klavier that maybe this next one wasn't covered in blood.

Some wounds will never heal... Letters she will never read, written over a time span of 5 years. . . Published in chronological order, except for the first one - that one was added later but written somewhere at the end of the 2nd year. . . . All of these poems have already been published before in my random poetry collection Poetry For The Poisoned, yet it was time to put them together in a book of their own.

The Hollow & The Flame is a haunting tale of a broken clown, a fire-dancer, and the final performance of a cursed circus. As reality blurs and old wounds bleed under the spotlight, Kodi must face the ghosts behind his painted frown-and decide if healing is worth the fall.

"Catharsis" was a series of stuff of wrote when I was in high school if I recall I started it sometime during freshman year. Looking back on it today, I'd say some of what I wrote in here held its worth in my opinion. It's split into three parts; Catharsis, Catharsis: The Maybe Stories, and lastly Catharsis: Renewal.

The Heroes of Olympus reunite again at Temple Hill, with an unexpected visitor telling them some unexpected news. This one is kinda short and cathartic, and not meant to be a feel-good fic. WARNING: SPOILERS FOR TRIALS OF APOLLO BOOKS. Do NOT read this fic if you don't want spoilers for ToA book 3,-5. THIS DOES CONTAIN MAJOR SPOILERS. You have been warned. :)

I'm a poet, and yes, I know it I am very fond of poetry and writing. I'm the kind of person who never verbalizes my feelings. I prefer to write them down, transforming them into literary works of art. Words bear comfort and catharsis for my heart and soul. My deepest wish is to share my soul with those who choose to read my verses. I chose to explain my feelings when I wrote my poems, but I'll leave the interpretation to the readers to decide how to apply it in their lives.

When obsession is mistakenly confused for love, lies become truth and every single word or thought, each and every move you make, becomes wrong. Legs become leaden, lips tight, mouth dry, you live in the shadows, your entire existence depends on avoidance. It's getting darker now, a matte black canvas above me, a foreboding depth of nothingness, beckoning me forward, as if all this time I had been digging downward instead of up, tunneling deeper into my own grave. God please, there has to be away out, this cannot be the fate that I'm intended. Trigger Warning: Mental/Physical Abuse
