Jackson finds out that he has a younger half sister. She's a doctor at San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital. That doctor is none other than Dr. Claire Browne. Claire was shocked because she's been lied to her whole life by her mother and the man she thought was her father. Jackson wants Claire to be part of their legacy but Claire doesn't want to nor does she care about the money.
