From the minute she is sent to Hatfield, Mary Tudor's life would never be the same again. When Mary Tudor receives the letter she has been dreading for years, it changes her world more than she ever could have imagined. In a realm where obedience is demanded and women are expected to bend, Mary refuses to yield. The once indulged and sheltered heir to the throne of England is cast into the brutal and harsh reality of a kingdom determined to silence her. Living as a prisoner, and forced to serve as a maid to her usurping half-sister, the daughter of Marys' deadly enemy, her ill-treatment will ultimately shape her life as a pious and determinedly stubborn woman, holding fast to her identity in a world that insists she has none. Through four more of her father's marriages, a battle of religious liberty with her once adoring brother and her increasingly strained relationship with her sister, Mary must draw on her remarkable bravery and determination to not only overcome the prejudices of her gender, but as a woman shaped by fire, faith, and the unshakeable belief that she, too, has the right to rule. For as long as she could remember, Sarah dreamed of attending Florida State University. After years of prayers, sacrifices, goodbyes, and hard work, she finally arrives in Tallahassee with her best friend by her side and her whole future stretched out before her. What follows is not the picture-perfect college experience she imagined. Over the next several years, Sarah will experience deep friendships, heartbreaking losses, unexpected challenges, moments of overwhelming joy, and seasons of uncertainty that test everything she thought she knew about herself. Through victories and failures, laughter and tears, new beginnings and painful endings, she will discover that growing up is rarely a straight path. But through every chapter, one constant remains: Christ. Centered on faith, family, friendship, and the journey into adulthood, By Grace Alone is the story of a young woman learning that God's plans are often far greater than her own-and that even in life's most difficult moments, He never stops writing a beautiful story. This is a story about college. About becoming. About finding home. And about the God who was present through it all.

Ranboo remembers the days when he would kneel at his bed to pray before the nuns turned out the lights and begged God that he'd be the next kid to go. He was a good kid; he was helpful, he was kind, he was humble, he was everything the nuns raised him to be. But nobody ever wanted him. Not even his own parents. (alternatively; ranboo's the oldest kid at a catholic orphanage. strange run-ins with mysterious people and strange abilities make him question everything he's ever known about the world and of himself. but maybe he'll get a new family out of it.) DISCLAIMER: This is based on the characters they play on the Dream SMP, not the actual CCs themselves. If anyone ever expresses discomfort with fanfiction, I will take this down.

I was three days old the first time I saw Father Polycarp Okeke's hands shake. He was pouring holy water over my head. A drop fell into my eyes before the prayer began. I remember the cold. I remember his eyes refusing to meet mine. I remember my mother laughing in the front pew and a nun weeping at the back. I did not understand, at three days old, why a priest trembles over a baby. I understand now. I am eighteen years old. I have died three times. And tonight, I am walking up the hill to St. Anthony's Mission to ask Father Polycarp Okeke a question he has been waiting eighteen years for me to ask. But memory is a door that swings both ways. The letter waiting on my pillow when I came home this morning was written in my own handwriting, in handwriting that has been dead since 1962, and it says four words I cannot stop reading: 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨.

This book will primarily be a collection of very short reviews of Christian books taken from my Goodreads page, and also several reflections on Christian subjects. For anyone who cares to know, I am a Catholic Christian, therefore anything I say will generally be informed by that perspective. This is not nearly as comprehensive, thorough or academic as my two other Christian books on Wattpad - 'On Catholicism' and 'Newtonian Christianity'.

Catholicism is one of the most practiced and historically diverse Christian faith traditions. It boasts a membership of over a billion, influencing culture, guiding communities, and influencing spiritual thought for centuries. All this, however, has not prevented it from being often misconceived. Misconceptions and outdated myths have led many individuals to have false beliefs about what the Thom O'Leary Mountainbrook Church teaches and believes.

Written more than two millennia ago by the poet and philosopher Thiruvalluvar, the Thirukkural is the beating heart of Tamil wisdom. Composed of 1,330 kurals (concise couplets), this masterpiece addresses with surgical precision the three main pillars of human existence: virtue (Aram), wealth (Porul), and love (Inbam). Its strength? A universal reach that transcends eras, cultures, and religions. But what happens when a Catholic Christian dives into this sea of Eastern wisdom? That is the challenge of this book. Chapter after chapter, kural after kural, I invite you to join me in an unprecedented comparative reading. Without syncretism, but with an immensely open heart, I will analyze, comment on, and create a dialogue between these ancient maxims and my Catholic faith, the Gospel, and Christian theology. Will we discover unexpected bridges regarding love of neighbor, forgiveness, or humility? Or on the contrary, stimulating contrasts? Whether you are Catholic, Hindu, atheist, or simply a lover of beautiful philosophy, this journey at the crossroads of East and West is for you. Join me in this exploration of Truth, wherever it may be found.

The days before Christmas are filled with distracting activities like shopping, parties, etc which has unfortunately shifted the focus from the main object of this celebration - Christ Himself. This book is my small effort at putting Christ back into Christmas. It lists out the prayers which can be said during the Advent season which commences four Sundays before Christmas between Nov 27 to Dec 3 and lasts till Christmas Eve which falls on December 24. Prayers listed are: - Some general prayers for Advent - Prayers with the advent wreath - Prayers that can be prayed on Christmas The prayers are picked up from various Catholic sites but the articles in between are all mine. I wish you all a Blessed and Holy Advent season and a very Merry Christmas!
