I have seen many stories on poppy playtime but I dont think I have seen one about the prototype. so this will be a story about him and how he met catnap and how he grew a cult following and eventually led the hour of joy.

After being shot 8 times, CatNap escaped with his body, entering a new town. This here town is called, "Harrisville." CatNap bought a new house for him and DogDay to live happyily. Although by appearance, this town may seem happier and funner than Redstone, that it is, but it's seems as if the people here are as just, if not weirder than at Redstone. They are all too kind, and nice for DogDay and CatNap's liking. They embark on a journey through the town, and with inertia, maybe... Dogday's in school, this new kid comes, he is smitten. I worte this like a year ago and finally posted

Once, there were two best friends--a peculiar purple cat called CatNap, and an optimistic orange dog named DogDay. Their bond? Inseperable. Their friendship? Everlasting. Once--starting from a beautiful meteor shower hitting Sunset Beach--CatNap, as he spends his vacation with DogDay and the rest of the beloved Critter crew he begins to wonder whether their friendship could stretch out the linits. Whether they could be more. With all these new feelings between these two, conflict arises; new misunderstandings sprout, jealousy makes its way up, and perspectives begin to change. When all these new obstacles threatening to split apart their friendship, it seems impossible for CatNap and DogDay be able to break the bounds of their love. Will they be able to sacrifice so much for something so small as love? (Okay. An enough amount of people had read the original, thinking that I was completely serious--and maybe I was. But I don't normally write fanfiction about purple cats and orange dogs having happily-ever-afters. This fanfiction is SATIRE.)

catnap - catnap finds an abandoned 4 year old inside of the play care, feeling bad for the toddler he takes him in and turns him into a smiling critter promising to take care of the child and be his new father. sally - nate, a four year old girl who got lost inside of the playco factory after accidentally getting separated by her parents. sally after being lost in the factory for 24 days, she then finds a purple cat approaching her, she tries to run but ends up passing out due to fatigue and dehydration.

This is the continuation of, "Solar Eclipse 🌑" After the hour of joy, Dogday and CatNap embark on a journey through the wilderness, trying to find their way back into civilization. Playtime Co. goes out of business, since every single worker has been reported as dead. But, the Smiling Critters decide to stay, and the owners want to have the main Characters DogDay and CatNap back in their show.
