Welcome to Cartoon Network High. Senior Dee Dee is part of the most popular clique at this high school, but she disapproves of the other girls' cruel behavior. When Dee Dee and her new boyfriend, Mandark, confront clique leader Blossom Utonium and he 'accidentally' poisons her, they make it appear a suicide. Soon Dee Dee realizes that Mandark is intentionally killing students he does not like. Dee Dee races to stop Mandark while also clashing with the clique's new leader, Buttercup Utonium.
