She owns all the characters she has made, some of the characters are made up like Cora and Mark.

I see a lack of Cato X reader stories and I'm gonna throw my hat in the ring and give it a try to tell you a story that will blow you socks off.... Summary Cato and (Y/N) are tributes from District 2 and have just been reaped, but what the capital doesn't know... Her main goal is just to return to her home but someone catches her eyes during the preparation for the Game. The story is a bit of a love triangle. Since it's a Cato x reader story so will be written in 2nd person the majority of the time.
