Imagine. Lamorne Morris. Except it's not Lamorne Morris, and you know that. But you wish it was Lamorne Morris. Because this Lamorne Morris keeps bugging you about following him to the afterlife. And you do not consent to that. Does anyone ever consent to that? Beatrice isn't quite sure why "Death" is so intent on convincing her to follow him, or why he even needs her permission. She was hit by a truck trying to get a sandwich from The Toasty Flip Side three whole months ago, and yet all this self-proclaimed Death has done is look like Lamorne Morris and demand she hurry up and get fulfilled in life. So she can move on. But this has sort of made Beatrice want to live life harder. The only ones that can save them are two teenage Nekos named Comet and Starlight. Can they save their people? Or is the Neko race doomed to extinction?
