It's the holiday season! How will Kris celebrate? (A/N: To all future readers, this fanfic was written when only Chapters 1 and 2 of Deltarune were released. I apologize for any inconsistencies regarding characterization. Although the fanfic does not go to the Dark World at any point, you still be wary of potential spoilers. If you encounter a video, the main focus is their audio, not visuals.)

Kris has decided two things after the journey through the Cyber World. One was to not open a fountain in their own home. The other was, after seeing Spamton try to break from his strings, try to see what would happen if they didn't take their SOUL back. With their independence, though, comes uncertainty. Will Kris find what they need to adjust? (This is a Oneshot.)

Ralsei, on the other hand, tried to subtly alter the prophecy by becoming what he believed a happy ending required. If carrying secrets and making sacrifices was enough to give Kris and Susie a better future, then perhaps it was worth it.
