Zelda Kubo was one of the only people to be revived by a ghost and still have memory of her old life. Cayde-6 saved her from making a mistake and took her into the Vanguard and taught her what it means to be a hunter. and maybe even take his place one day. or die... trying to fill it. Note: i do not own Destiny 2 or any of the art put in this story. i just own some oc's. this is a story just on my oc shipped with Cayde-6. and i'm not going back and correcting small little spelling mistakes. it's a waste of air and time. i will fix any major plot holes if necessary.

when Rasputin, a defensive Warmind that was re-awakened from a century long hibernation took control of SIVA and turned it against the Iron Lords when they tried to harness the program to create a new Golden Age. It defeated ninety-nine of the hundred Iron Lords that tried to take it out. Only Lord Saladin really knows what went down that day and firmly believed SIVA to be destroyed and dead. SIVA would remain Saladin's burden and secret until a Sunbreaker stumbled upon the corrupted program and what the Sunbreaker found, he would never be able to forget.

During a time of vast suffering and terrible evil, many survivors formed colonies in the wilderness in a desperate attempt to live. Humanity was on the brink of extinction but out of it, the Traveler sent out Ghosts to look for their Guardians to protect the last of mankind. However, some of the earliest Guardians chose not to protect the world, but subjugate it, becoming Warlords. One of the many famous Warlords was Lord Shaxx, who worked to protect the civilians within his care instead of vanquishing them. Guinevere Bradshaw was one of the many last survivors and just like them, she was ghostless. Shaxx found her in the woods, injured and trying to fend off some Fallen. The Warlord took her in and gave her an opportunity to prove her loyalty to him by working in his palace.

A Guardian from Jupiter, laying half dead after a Cabal invasion force storms her city. A bright raging fire blazing in the distance coming closer. She's revived back in the Earth Tower, but now an exo. Finally meeting her hero- the wise-cracking, gunslinger exo Hunter Vanguard leader himself. At first it starts as him just helping her to adapt to her new life, but it quickly becomes something much more special.

Much rather working alone with nothing but a good ol' Flaming Gun and a knife. Cayde personally sends me out on reconnaissance missions that Zavala or Ikora wouldn't usually approve of. And I'm okay with that. Zavala is too busy being a leader to go on the front lines and Ikora 's always got her nose in a book with her Warlock...iness. Cayde is the only one I actually like. Partly because he's a Hunter...and Exo, like me. According to Cayde...I'm the best Hunter he's ever seen...second only to him, of course. The name's Charlie-37...and I realize...that I'm probably boring you right now. But hey, wait till you meet this mystery Exo lady. I don't know her name. But I sure as hell would like to know. But of course...something got in the way...some big ugly Cabal...named...Gary, or, uh, something along those lines. I don't know. Don't really care. But he messed with my Light.
