This story is somewhat linked to my other one called, The Hunter Vanguard, you don't have to read that one, but you can if you want to. The character and a few moments are mentioned/used in here, but nothing too big. But the character is in the last chapter. Opal Erwan, she's known to everyone as the Lone Ranger. She's always worked alone, never stayed in the same place for a period of time. Opal had gone missing, has been missing for a long time. She free's herself, and months after, Zavala and Ikora send Cayde to find her, and bring her back to the Tower.

Olympus was attacked by the darkness. All the gods died trying to defend themselves. Even Zeus was powerless. The Olympians died and a new God came. The Traveler. With his light he created the Guardians. Dead people were reborn as guardians and with Traveler's light they go against the darkness. But darkness is really powerful and the Traveler needs help. So, he creates a special ghost. A ghost looking like the others but far more powerful. A ghost which is fated to reborn a God. Artemis, one of the most powerful Olympians, daughter of Zeus and Lyto, big Apollo's twin sister, Goddess of the Hunt is reborn by that ghost. They both know nothing about their powers, their past or their destiny. Artemis, like all the Guardians, forgets her past. She doesn't hate men and she remembers nothing about her virginity vow. With the other gods dead, this oath means nothing. We all know the normal Destiny 2 story at least so far. But in another multiverse, a different yet similar story unfolded. In a very poorly though decision, Commander Zavala put together a Fireteam based solely on skill. What he did not expect was to make the most powerful and famous Fireteam all filled with sarcastic, confusing and generally mentally ill motherfuckers. A man was out on an extermination job with his team from his guild. The job was to capture or destroy a group of machines with a red light and white substance in the middle of their parts. His team exhausted and barely able to even damage the machines, he takes it upon himself to have them escape with his sword and he would finish the job. Only he never came back. He disappeared that day and was declared MIA for five months, before finally being declared Killed in Action. What really happened? Read to find out

Cayde thought that Ghaul was the last of the darkness. The Traveler was awake again, that had to prove his point right? The Fallen weren't as bad as they used to be. Again, another fact that proved his point. But once day he snuck out of the tower, and he saw a baby dreg. He didn't want to kill it, Fallen or not. He didn't know it would change his life forever.

Y/N is a famed warlord hunter nicknamed the Dullahan for fighting her enemies within the shadows, who was thought to have been exiled from the vanguard many years ago, after abandoning it shortly after the battle of Twilight Gap, she was once extremely close to lord Shaxx as they where once two powerful warlords back in the days of the dark age, Shaxx always had Y/N at his side, for she was his fire that ignited him. Upon her extremely delayed return back it turns out she's acknowledged Shaxx's relationship with Mara and cannot trust her former partner, cutting all ties to him after understanding Shaxx kept their relationship a secret to everyone apart from Saint-14 who is also a close friend to Red after the battle of twilight gap had left her fighting for her life after she suffered a serious injury caused by a cursed blade used against her. though unfortunately for Shaxx it seems Cayde-6 has found his lost queen of hearts as an invisible force pulls the hunter vanguard and the warlord huntress together. what happens next is anybody's game.

Arjun has been considered "The Guardian" for quite some time. How does holding such a title affect a person? After coming out of the Red War, Arjun realizes that they've got some discovering to do, and some growing to commit to. Basically a Destiny 2 story (or collection of stories) with some Destiny 1 references. I could've written out the Destiny 1 stuff but honestly I'm too lazy so you get the tidbits. Enjoy! Also the title art is my own :) P.S: This work is now no longer canon and will not be continued as I want to do a rework of Arjun and Gwaine as well, so this is out there for fun more than anything else. I may or may not rewrite a story for the characters, but we'll see if I'm still interested in Destiny by then! Either way, Enjoy
