Arjun has been considered "The Guardian" for quite some time. How does holding such a title affect a person? After coming out of the Red War, Arjun realizes that they've got some discovering to do, and some growing to commit to. Basically a Destiny 2 story (or collection of stories) with some Destiny 1 references. I could've written out the Destiny 1 stuff but honestly I'm too lazy so you get the tidbits. Enjoy! With his light he created the Guardians. Dead people were reborn as guardians and with Traveler's light they go against the darkness. But darkness is really powerful and the Traveler needs help. This story is somewhat linked to my other one called, The Hunter Vanguard, you don't have to read that one, but you can if you want to. The character and a few moments are mentioned/used in here, but nothing too big. But the character is in the last chapter. Opal Erwan, she's known to everyone as the Lone Ranger. She's always worked alone, never stayed in the same place for a period of time. Opal had gone missing, has been missing for a long time. She free's herself, and months after, Zavala and Ikora send Cayde to find her, and bring her back to the Tower.

We all know the normal Destiny 2 story at least so far. But in another multiverse, a different yet similar story unfolded. In a very poorly though decision, Commander Zavala put together a Fireteam based solely on skill.
