However, once Captain Chase heard his hypnotizing song, she warned her crew of sirens' ability to crash ships and kill people. She ordered her crew to seal their ears with wax and set out to capture the creature. While in captivity, Perseus sang to himself every night. Little did he know, his melody entranced the Argo's kindest member.
