Then there is Holly, who loves Christmas to death, and is determined to get Elyas home before it's too late. Holly is willing to do everything to help Elyas, even if she needs to wish on all the Christmas miracles in the world. Time only goes one way, can she persuade Elyas in time?

"If I ever find you again, be it in another life, I promise I will marry you." ----- Beautiful and optimistic cancer patient, Emma Walker, has been fully aware since December first started, that she's doomed to spend Christmas - her favourite holiday - alone in the hospital. The hospital is always enveloped in pin-drop-silence. No hot chocolate, no Christmas lights, presents or ringing bells. No laughing kids or choirs singing. Her boyfriend of two years had just dumped her 6 months ago; when she finally broke the news to him, so he was out of the picture for good. Only Lillian, a full-time nurse working in the hospital, was there to help Emma through her momentary emotional pain; Lillian was more than happy for a distraction from her problems at home. Come Christmas itself, Lillian refuses to allow Emma to spend it on her own. So, she sets Emma up for a double room, in hopes of her gaining new company. Little did she know, she set Emma up with her long lost teenage love, Kane Sommers. Will the two old lovers rekindle their flames? Or will life just get in their way, all over again?
