Hi there! I wanted to keep some writing going, and thought that maybe you guys would like a set of Ego imagines. I'd love to start writing some, and I'd love to have you guys enter a few in! I only have three rules (so far, lol) and anything else is cool. -I don't do smut. -I don't do romanticized abuse or pain. THESE STORIES ARE ORGANIZED ALPHABETICALLY UNDER 'FILES'.

When new Detective, CC Tinsley, arrives in town fresh off the train from Chicago determined to root out corruption, will infamous criminal Ricky Goldsworth confront him? Ryan awakens with a new tattoo and no memories of what happened the previous day. After call from Shane, both know something isn't right. (I just BS my way though that okay?)

CC Tinsley, a tired detective who wants nothing more than to live a quiet life with his cat, and Ricky Goldsworth, the charismatic heir to a crime empire navigate the ups and downs of their growing relationship amid the perilous situations they find themselves in. One must wonder- what could possibly go wrong? (Hint: everything) Prequel out now! Started: 31/12/2020 Edit: 25/07/22 now updated with better punctuation and spelling :)

When Aimee Tinsley, the daughter of world-renowned detective C.C Tinsley is denied to become her father's assistant, she decides to take matters into her own hands. The Mystery of The California Killer has stumped detectives for years but, Aimee is sure she can catch this killer. Will Aimee be able to discover the killer herself, or will she end up like one of his victims?

Ricky Goldsworth wasn't even his real name, but it was the one he was known by. A serial killer, criminal kingpin, one couldn't even know the full reaches of his influence, he was everywhere and nowhere at once. Much more myth than man, despite being far from someone to idolize, he was certainly something to talk about in this stodgy 1920s town. Sounds like a case C. C. Tinsley; happy-go-lucky and well-meaning detective that'll do whatever it takes to solve a case. Being assigned to such a notorious case, he decides he might need to get his hands a little dirty to really be able to crack this uncrackable egg, and ends up going undercover to get as close to Goldsworth's inner machinations as possible. Enter Banjo (shut up) McClintock, that of the musically talented and world class art thief extraordinaire. It doesn't take more than a bad fake mustache and a few drinks for Goldsworth to slowly begin revealing the truth about his operation to Tinsley, but there's one small problem. The detective may be in this friendship a little too deep to bring himself to come clean about his real identity. Between banjo music serenades and shared froyo, will he finally bring himself to bust this crimelord for good, or will they both finally experience a change of heart?

For Shane and Ryan, self discovery lies in the demands of a ghost to find his century-lost husband. For every answer provided, even more questions seem to arise. - "You can't cross the salt line," Ryan stated, his eyes wide and full of wonder. Shane thought there was fear, too, but he didn't want to think about it. He didn't want Ryan doting on him and taking care of him, sure, but he didn't want to freak him out, either. "I can't cross the salt line," Shane confirmed. "I don't know anything. I promise, it's not. Something I test regularly." He chuckled. Ryan leaned back from Shane, watching. It was as if he didn't hear anything Shane had said. He probably didn't. He only inspected him. "Oh my God," Ryan breathed out. "You can't cross the salt line." His eyes didn't stop observing, looking from Shane's eyes, then to his whole body, and back into his eyes. "Are you dead?" - This was crossposted from AO3, under the same name! Ricky Goldsworth has fucked up this time. Angering the leader of the Mob might've not been the smartest idea but hey, they mucked up his coat. He didn't want them targeting C.C though, who was really his only weak spot. It was his fault really, getting them captured, not like he would admit to that. Well, fuck they're stuck and he doesn't know how to get them out. Sue him.

C.C Tinsley is a detective with the force and absolutely despises all the rules and confining nature of the job. He wants nothing more than to become a successful private eye but business isn't exactly booming until he meets a mysterious man who agrees to help him with some cases of his own/takes place in 1930s America

Detective C.C. Tinsley has been on the case of Ricky Goldsworth for a long time, and once he meets him, he is completely unaware. He even starts falling for the man. Secrets between the two cause tension between them, as Ricky tries to protect Tinsley without him realising the monster he really is. Mature themes like murder, swearing and mentioned NSFW. NSFW will always be marked and will not contain important plot information, it is therefor easy and safe to skip. If you have any triggers, please ask me to mark them in the comments! [RICKY GOLDSWORTH AND C.C. TINSLEY] ••••• Ricky Goldsworth was a man of many skills. For example, he could bake a mean batch of brownies. However, he was probably more famous for his skills in other areas, particularly crime. So, when he strolled leisurely into the police station and announced his name with his classic smirk, it was more likely than not he was arrested on the spot for his long list of criminal charges and not his baking skills. ••••• C.C. Tinsley was a man whom few knew of, and even fewer cared about. Though, he would be lying if he said he cared. The detective believed in his job and believed in his abilities to do it well, regardless of what others thought. So, when an infamous criminal came barging into the only place he would admit to being comfortable in, demanding his presence, Tinsley was understandably surprised. ••••• Neither of the men made very many friends throughout their lives, but both made a considerable list of enemies. BDA, BuzzFeed's Detective Agency, has been trying to solve multiple murder mysteries for a few months now and their best detectives, C. C. Tinsley and Francesca Norris, were on the case. At the most unlikely of times, their case has to be slowed down due to a new friend Tinsley met at a bar, and this new friend has a case for Tinsley to solve, but who is he really solving it for? • {Started: March 23, 2020}
