This oneshot was born from wondering what might have happened if Wu Suowei had walked back into that room and heard the truth for himself. Because sometimes, even in the middle of loss, love finds a way to stay.

I was rewatching Revenged Love and, as always, episode eighteen broke me. Some scenes never stop hurting, no matter how many times you think you're ready for them. At some point, watching wasn't enough anymore - my pen felt the need to speak instead of me. So I rewrote the scene where Chi Cheng finds Wu Suowei's notebook, the one containing his revenge plan. I twisted it, reshaped it through my own emotions, turning it into something almost mine. This oneshot was born that way: from a moment I already knew by heart, but that still needed to be told - deeper, rawer, and more vulnerable. 🌽 «I'm just trying to help you!» he breaks down. Completely. He crumbles right in front of me. And when I see him like that, I crumble too. «Help me... how?» «I know you still love him, okay? I'm not stupid. You care about me... but he's the man you love. I'm just trying to let you go. What else am I supposed to do? I've tried everything! I even pretended to be attracted to someone else, spent time with him-I can't pretend anymore. I can't!»

Chi Cheng hated the third of December until a cute boy helping kittens in the freezing cold changed his mind.
