This is a Throne of Glass AU set in modern U.S. After Sam's death, Arobynn sends Celaena away to work in a wilderness camp in Oakwald National Forest so she can deal with her grief, piece herself back together, and once again live up to the reputation of America's Assassin. Her life has been about one thing for as long as she can remember: protecting the only family she has left. Sometimes that meant doing things that one can never come back from. It was what had driven her to become Arobynn Hammel's protege and had caused her to learn to kill without flinching. To kill without a second thought, because if she hadn't, her sister would have. It was what had led her to claim the title of Ardalan's Assassin. She would tear her very being to shreds if it meant the safety of her sister, because her sister was all she had left. And she would be damned if she let anyone touch her sister.

Aelin Ashryver Galathynius had came back with allies. Unlike from the true story, Queen Maeve had been a dear aunt to Aelin. She came back to beat the King of Adarlan from the help from her friends as Celaena Sardothien.

This is a how it should of ended few chapter for the Heir of fire book trilogy (so far, there is a fourth book coming out at the end of this year.) This story has a unique twist at the end. So if you love the THRONE OF GLASS series your love this! Also this is a QUICK READ if your just looking for something to past the time. Also I recommend you read all three books before reading this because there are one or two spoilers. (has a very sudden end but I'm sadly not planning to write anymore to it.)

This story is a fanfic of one of my favourite book series, Throne of Glass, by Sarah J. Maas. The story is my version of the continuation of the series, so if you haven't read the other books in the series, I wouldn't advise reading this, because you will probably get confused. I have written this to celebrate the upcoming release of Empire of Storms (6 September 2016). Hope you enjoy!
