The dog-traited. Those who had complete control over any and all canine animal. Including wolves. So, once a month the government hosts a test to determine if you are dog traited. And if you are.... they take you. Away from your family, friends and home. They take to a monstrous school where you are trained to kill lycans in their wolf form. Trained to lure them in with your virus-given power then strike a killing blow to the unsuspecting beast. My name is Celest. This happened to me, and it ended up changing the world.
