The Football War, also referred to as the '100 Hour War,' was a conflict which broke out on the 14th of July 1969, triggered by the FIFA world cup soccer match between after El Salvador and Honduras. From the perspective of Jose Cardona, a Honduran football player, his story will unfold the reality of being a national hero plunged in the middle of a terrible conflict. Disclaimer: Although I have tried to be as historically accurate as possible, there may be small errors and assumptions made about the player's identities and roles. There was limit information written in English about the conflict. Note: I am half-argentinian, and have studied Spanish for three years. I hope the language is also accurate, but there is potential for error.

When Leo was in Central America something happened. He was tortured from one month after he showed up to one month before April came to bring him home. Good things and terribly bad things happened from this but even the good led to bad. Now 2 weeks after Winter it's getting harder to hide the pain he is till in from what happened to him and it's definitely becoming more notable. His friends and family are worried about him and don't know what to do. What will happen when his past and secrets come home to reveal themselves?
