Cicada is still on the loose, and Laura's condition still isn't getting any better. In the midst of all their other problems, the entirety of Team Flash is feeling the aftermath of Laura and Ralph's unresolved relationship problems, and no one seems to have any idea how to fix it...or if it can be fixed.
