Me and the other civilians were evacuated from Starling to Central city. I got a job here in Central City, once I found out who The Flash was after he saved me in a massive car crash. He invited me to work with him, Cisco, Caitlyn, and the Arrows team at Star Labs. Turns out even the heroes have to evacuate. Now Central City, has The Flash , Arrow and his team, also The Black Canary; while Starling City is laying underneath a thick layer of ruble. I never knew I was capable of helping people, now i'm something better. I'm Paisley Parker.

A bunch of one-shots about Wally and his past and future, also the present. It will include the rogues, young justice, and some things from the flash tv show. I do request. All she wanted to do was help people, though she knew Starling City was safe with the help of her good friends from Team Arrow, but one particular city was unprotected, Central City. She seeks out Team Arrow's blessing to let her help the big city from threats and other metas like her, yes, I said meta. She can control water. Yet, Kayle doesn't use her meta-human advantages to stop criminals. 3 months after she moves to Central city, she got her life together and was known as the city's recruited vigilante, here to save the day... and probably kick some ass. That same month she hears about a red streak, quick to meet the scarlet speedster while doing her usual ass kicking. From the start they despised each other but they end up coming together...
